Well, the results are in!

After doing the 3-Day Refresh and giving this body a nice kickstart and detox I have a few things to say:

1- I was pleasantly surprised at how FULL I was the entire time! I was worried that a few shakes a day + veggies and fruits for snacks just wasn’t going to be enough to keep the Hangry away, but boy was I flat out wrong! I followed the plan to a T, and it was more than filling. I was actually worried I was doing it wrong after my lunch the first day since I was so full! lol.

2 – The mental cravings are real!!! While physically I felt full and was very satisfied – by the middle of day 2 I was having all sorts of weird ‘cravings’. Ranging from Wendy’s french fries to a giant hot dog – neither of which are things I eat on a regular basis… but it was a for real mind trip! Remembering to stay hydrated and having my support group cheering me on was what got me through that oddity.

3 – I can’t remember the last time I felt so refreshed. No, for real. Even with all the clean eating and fitness that I do, the refresh was simply the best at removing that icky bloated and blah feeling I’d been having lately. Maybe it was the cheat meals, or the two soda’s I’d had the week before, but whatever it was my body is thanking me for kicking it in the pants and cleaning it out!

I’ll definitely be ready for round 2 next month.
