BEFORE: 3-day Refresh with SF Fit Mom - Kelly Westover

So I’ve been feeling a bit bloated and ‘blah’ lately. Even with keeping my water intake up up up and eating clean sometimes our bodies just need a good kick in the pants to release some toxins and such. So I jumped at the opportunity to do the 3-day refresh with a couple of gals from my team!

These ladies really light my fire and help hold me accountable in so many awesome and amazing ways. I couldn’t ask for a better team than mine!

We started on Wednesday and ended on Friday – just in time for the Giants vs A’s game. Go Giants!!! (we totally won.)

I can’t wait to share my results with you guys tomorrow!!!
