As the first in this new column – Color Study – I thought it only fitting that it be insipred by the Pantone Color of the Year, Emerald.
What a great year for the new Oz movie to hit theaters. Which makes me think of Wicked and seeing it with my sexy hubs.
I still remember the first time.
The hubs and I were spending the weekend in SF. We had a room at the Sir Frances drake hotel, directly across from the Orpheum theater. We went to dinner at McCormick & Kuleto’s, all the way across town, and spent too much time ogling each other and enjoying mouth watering buttery steaks. We barely made curtain after our mad dash in and out of traffic. I couldn’t tear my eyes away from the stage as the cast danced and sang their ways into my very soul. Eric told me later that my eyes were as wide as a kid in a candy store. It was that good.
And it was that good the second and third time too.
