I apologize for not posting this on Monday when I meant to, but hey… you know how it goes.
I wanted to put it out there that I have 2 spots still available for my next challenge and accountability group that starts on Monday, January 5th.

In short a challenge and accountability group is a 100% online group I host where I post daily to help motivate you to get up and do your Beach Body workout, drink your Shakeology and eat clean each and every day. It’s a place where you, me and a handful of other dedicated ladies can come together to help cheer each other on and add that extra level of support to help us achieve our goals. Doesn’t that sound fantastic!?! It really is.
