Well, it’s official. I have a chunky baby!
I always wanted one of those.
Third one did the trick.
I remember sitting at home with Quinn reading way too many new mama blogs while my string bean napped in my arms, and drooling over the chunky babies everyone was having.
I was a chunck-ero, so was Eric, but put us together and
apparently we made the skinniest of skinny kiddys.
{-5% for weight, 10% for height, tiny little noggin.}
But not anymore.
Rhys weighed in today at 19 lbs 1 oz.
My itty bitty preemie who started out at 3 lbs is now HUGE.
He will never cease to amaze me.

Oh I just love chubby little babies! All three of mine were and I loved to squeeze their little legs. What a cutie! I love your chevron stripes too. Very chic.

Chunky babies are one of life’s greatest pleasures. They are snuggly and oh so sweet. I was blessed with a chunky baby…I couldn’t keep my hands off him (years later, I still can’t).
They are suuuuuper cuddly. I love it!

My siblings and I were always way at the small side–5% and 10%….my youngest sister is 6 and still very small and my Mom told me yesterday is that the bright side it that she can still easily pick her up and carry her around if need be. But my mom goes crazy for those chunky babies, too.
