I know, I know… pasta. Again? Well, isn’t summer time the perfect time for pasta? It requires minimal cook time in the kitchen and can be eaten cold or hot.

Yup, that’ll do it for me.

I plan on having a healthy amount of tomatoes from my tomato plants this year – with or without the help of Master Quinton and his super speedy tomato eating hands. What better way to use them than on top of spaghetti all covered with cheese. Yum Yum.

Happy Wednesday!

½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
