Merry Christmas to all!
We’ve had a bang up Christmas over here. Lots of oohs and ahhs, and exclamations such as
“a box! my favorite!”
No joke.
That was a direct quote from the Q man himself.

The only thing this very Merry Christmas was missing was my parents.
My dad spent the week leading up to Christmas in the Hospital, and I tossed and turned and researched flights all week long. Thankfully he made it home safe and sound last Friday and is back to his cheery old self. I sure do love that old hound dog.

But these two. These two just kill me!
Kill me dead I tell you. Just look at those cute squishy smiles.

We had a lot fun playing dress up for the Christmas season.
Avery had a few different Christmas worthy dresses that she was able to wear. Luckily she’s a dainty one and still fits into some of the smaller sized dresses. Because for some reason baby dresses are a size category unto themselves. Maybe someday I’ll start up a line of baby clothes and maybe, just maybe that line of clothes will have sizes that stay true from dress to paints to tops to socks. Head to toe and nose to nose. Maybe, someday.

SONY DSCAvery’s dress was sparkly as all sparkles can be and we were all covered in glitter for days.
But it was totally worth it. As was the overindulgence of yams and sweets. I’m very grateful for my random ‘subscription’ to Women’s Health right about now. And equally grateful for their quick and easy circuit workouts. Perhaps I might be able to squeeze back into my skinny jeans sooner rather than later.

I hope you all had a fabulous Holiday, however you chose to spend it.
xoxo
