I wrote this post in our challenge group yesterday and I feel that someone else out there needs to hear this too, so please excuse the novel. In the spirit of being open and sharing with you all I find that I have a lot to share this morning . 😊

I climbed into bed around 1am and was met shortly by two of my littles trying to sneak in for some adorable snuggles. About a half hour later I had taken them all potty and they were finally settled back in their beds, so I drifted off to dream land myself.
My alarm goes off at 6am every morning and some mornings, like today, are extra hard to drag myself out of bed for my ‘me’ time. But I’ve been feeling a little down lately and I know that I truly need this time to work on my mind and my body. So I laid in bed for a good 20 minutes and started my reading for today. I really do love The Slight Edge book. It’s such a great reminder that our every day actions and choices really matter and have long term effects.

Around 6:30 I managed to turn on the Apple TV and push play on some Piyo upper body define, and wow did I need that! My abs have gone soft in the 4 days off that I gave myself. I love reaching the point of ‘holy crap I can’t do another’ and pushing myself to do three more. I know that those are the moments of true growth.
At 7am my oldest found me in my child’s pose on the floor and asked to snuggle. Then we hopped in the shower together. One of my fave things about the mornings are showers with my sweet kiddos. Quinn was extra lovey this morning as we got cleaned and dressed and he asked for his bowl of oatmeal.
I put the oatmeal on, a double batch since everyone else would be waking up shortly and went about my usual morning routine. Blow drying my hair, checking the oatmeal, doing my makeup, setting out the bowls and serving the now 4 mouths that are up and hungry. Putting on the rest of my clothes, and trying to find something that ‘goes together’ in the piles of laundry I have stashed in my room. Getting the other 2 littles dressed, making lunch for the older one and then Hubby came over this morning and very sweetly took over making the lunch and finishing dressing the littles so I could run out the door. Of course all 3 littles stopped me twice for hugs and kisses as I rushed out.
I’m a stickler for routines and taking photos for my IG every morning has become a routine, so I grabbed the tripod out of the back of my car and set up the self timer, since I can’t find my handy Bluetooth remote. 😁 I snapped a few shots and hopped in the car at 8:18, only 18 minutes behind schedule, a small miracle considering how tired I should be right now. I guess I’m still riding the workout endorphins, and the focused energy shot I put in my shake is starting to kick in too.

My sister called me on my way to work today and we chatted for a good hour about the gospel and how it works in our lives. We marveled at God’s beautiful earth and spent the time to lift each other up. She’s been on a journey of faith and trusting the Lord for support and guidance for 2 years now and it’s nothing short of amazing to hear her experiences and see the wide world through her faithful eyes. She has some very hard days, and we learn a lot about faith from her trials. It’s funny, I often feel that she and I are going through the same trials at the same times, just in different ways and on different sides of the country.
I’ve just arrived at work at 10:15 and now have a full day of meetings, emails, team meetings and work to do. I look forward to connecting with you all this week and hope you’ll find this group to be a source of support like I do. This first week is so important, learning to spend those few precious moments on us so that we can be better servants throughout the day. ❤❤❤
Please reach out with any questions. I love you all!

I honestly love coaching. I love serving others and my family at the same time. I love building up a network of women/mom’s/men, etc. who are all rooting for each other. Coaching has brought me such happiness, pure happiness, accountability, family, and a true purpose in life. I’m opening up 5 mentor ship spots on my team in hopes that whomever it is that sent out the vibe will have the courage to stand up and get what they want.

Drop your email address below, click here to apply or send me a private message. I can’t wait to show you how amazing coaching is for your heart, soul and mind. And the fact that you can turn this into whatever amount of income you can dream of is simply amazing.
