I am sometimes overwhelmed by the love that you all give to me and my family. Thank you for such a supportive outpouring, it was felt and appreciated and is helping keep me buoyed throughout the days. I am excited, and worried, sick and extremely happy at all once. There are too many emotions surging through me, but mostly right now I’m grateful. Grateful for you, for my family, for the gospel. Grateful that the sun shines everyday and that the birds sing their beautiful songs. That my son learns daily how to be a man and also a little stinker. Did I mention that he just pulled two keys off my keyboard? I’m not so grateful for that, but I am grateful for teaching opportunities… Cuz there’s gunna be lots of learning going on right now.
Happy Friday, I hope you all are able to get out and enjoy some sunshine or some snow or some of whatever you’re dearly hoping for. We’re willingly heading up to the snow this weekend, I think we need to have our heads checked. Mostly I’m just looking forward to some time away and some relaxation. The snow… meh, a side effect I suppose.
