We’ve had quite the week around here. Everyone at the house caught yet another cold, and unfortunately Rhys caught it as well. He was placed in isolation and Avery was placed in precautionary isolation. He went from almost off of his oxygen to back on the cpap because of it. Luckily he’s doing great and should be out of isolation, and off the cpap in no time.
As of Friday, Rhys is 5lbs 12 oz and on 5cm of Cpap – He was down to 1 liter on a nasal cannula. He is still being fed through the tube because of the Cpap but was taking nicely to nippling with a bottle and even the boob every now and then.
Avery is down to 1 liter on the nasal cannula and is a champion nurser. She’s catching up quickly to Rhys (especially with his set back) and is up to 5lbs 10oz.
