Eric was driving us all home the other day when I reached over for
something and caught sight of my hand.
My finger nails specifically, and I had the thought wow, those look like awful!
So, I made the resolution right then and there that June would be a bite free month.
No nail biting for the entire month. I even said it out load, to Eric,
to make it official and now I’m sharing it with you to make it super official.
Nail biting is a serious weakness of mine.
I call it an obsessive habit because I do it without thinking and
to such an extreme that I sometimes come away bleeding.
So, if you have a silly little obsessive habit why not
take the challenge with me and make it
a no bite (or whatever) month?
